We begin the process of creating your custom order in three simple steps:

1. Contact us via email or website
Once you’ve reached out to us, we will discuss your preferred styles, materials, and colours to help bring your perfect custom piece to life by scheduling an appointment.

2. Select your design, stone, and metal
We’ll assist you in selecting the ideal diamond or precious stone for your design. After discussing your preferences, we’ll source all diamonds and stones, with pricing largely determined by the size and quality of the stones available. (4Cs of diamonds) We then tailor designs to fit your budget and provide a range of options within your price range.

3. Final review
Once your design and stone are finalised, we’ll provide a detailed quote for your approval. To proceed with production, we require a 50% deposit to secure your order. We will then supply CAD drawings with all details for approval. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your custom creation.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for the production of your custom design.

We take pride in handcrafting each piece to order, collaborating exclusively with accredited suppliers and skilled jewellers to ensure that every design is made to the highest standards of quality.

All of our diamonds, precious stones, and pearls are carefully sourced by our Gemologist from trusted and established dealers.

We offer free complimentary insured shipping on all our orders.

Domestic shipping within Australia usually takes up to 1 week after production while international shipping may take up to 2 weeks after production.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. As our items are made to order, each piece is uniquely crafted just for you.

If you encounter any issues with your purchase or have questions about resizing or repairs, please reach out to us at diamonds.sans@gmail.com For return requests and instructions, kindly include your Name, Address, Order Number, and the Reason for Return, and we will be happy to assist you.

All our pieces are covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase, which protects against any manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to claim.

Please note, this warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, oxidized or faded plating, broken chains, cracked or damaged stones or pearls, or bent rings or earrings.
