Once you’ve reached out to us via email or website below, we will discuss your preferred styles, materials, and colours to help bring your custom piece to life by scheduling an appointment.

We’ll help you choose the perfect diamond or precious stone for your design. After discussing your preferences, we’ll source the ideal stones, with pricing reflecting the size and quality of the options available. We’re also happy to offer a variety of stones that fit within your budget, ensuring your design is both beautiful and affordable.

Once your design and stone are finalised, we’ll provide a detailed quote for your approval. To proceed with production, we require a 50% deposit to secure your order. We will then supply you CAD drawings with all the details for approval. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your custom creation.
